I've tried to access their website through their FB group a few times this last week & got some 503 error. Does anybody else know if they're still around?


Or could recommend someone in the Hampshire region who might be able to do minor luggage modifications (looking to get a front barrow bag flap increased in size).

Bought something from their eBay shop in the past 12 months. It didn't show up, so I reached out to them but couldn't get a single reply to any of my messages enquiring as to where my order was, so I opened an eBay case for a refund. They still never did reply, but the item miraculously showed up on the final day of the eBay case / auto refund countdown.

Seems customer service isn't a high priority.
