Question if I want to know the oil content of some sourced pellets and it's not stated but fat % is, can I take this as the oil content or is it not as simple as this?

Most should say oils too. If it's a well known brand, you could look up the data sheet on the websites. Those have a full breakdown of what's in them based on chemical analysis so you'll find it there.

Look at the spec sheets for the relevant pellets on AA Baits' website.

I only suggested looking at AA baits' data sheets as they supply pellets from 2 of the biggest brands and there was a chance that the pellets you're referring to, may have been from one of those 2.
