One of the LEDs on the back of my RT4 is not working. I suspect the bulb is the problem not the fuse as the LED on the other side is ok. Is this something that I can fix myself and If so how do I do it pls? Cheers.

Short of buying a inspection camera and seeing how it's attached internally (if you can get to it) I've no idea. I'd imagine it'd be siliconed against the hull internally anyway.
Maybe call Joe Jacobs, see what he says @ Baitboat Solutions.
