Looking for somewhere to do a night mid may with a mate in the Portsmouth/Southampton area. Was planning on Broadlands but don't like having to book a swim and not be able to move onto fish etc.

Any other venues in that area that are day ticket?

I'm pretty local mate a few spring to mind on a day ticket
Whinwhistle is a pretty nice part of the world if you aren't after massive fish.
River farm - tons of thirties but you book a swim and it's small
Broadlands - motorway noise, but they can crawl up your line on a good day
Tanners lane - small, not the nicest place

Then a little further a field you have places like coking farm, revels, Menards and probably loads more
