Had it delivered today. Had a quick flick through and I'm keen to try some of the recipes in there. I want to start eating a bit better on the bank so decided to kit myself out with some tools for cooking and bought this book to give a few things a try

I batch cook at home and chuck loads in the freezer so i usually just take a couple of meals with me and heat them in the Ridgemonkey.
Like you, wouldnt mind trying something different now the weather is warming up.
I have a Cadac Compact with all the bits so shouldnt be a problem cooking some of the recipes.

I'm sure Ridgemonkey have produced a bankside cook book. A hundred and one things to cook in a sandwich skillet. Or something along them lines..
