Was fishing at my local club waters (2 different lakes)and 6/7 of the carp I caught had these weird pink lumps.
Some had multiple and others just had single ones.
Any ideas what they are?

Could it be dermocystidium? Have a goople to see if it matches. We had a fish infected with it, we think. I believe it recovered over time.

Make sure you disinfect your nets etc mate

We're still confirming what it is - the fish just had sores more than spots. I saw this and thought it was definitely what it is. But I'm not an expert!
Always disinfect my nets mate at a new fishery.
