Hi all,
just bought a nice set of the CODE Cipher 12ft rods second hand here in Europe.

Really nice rods if somewhat stiffer than what I normally use.
Seller has rumoured that these are the FS HI S ive ER blanks. Which the name Cipher would indeed imply:
S Ive Er = Cipher
Have you heard anything about what blanks are used for the CODE rods?

Are these the rods done by Kev Clayton and Chris Orme?if so knowing Kevs connection to Harrison i would say they will be a Harrison blank.I could be well off the mark though

Ive no idea what they are they say All blanks are high quality Japanese carbon with low resin technology with an attractive 1k weave, the description does share a liking to free spirit rods

Not blanks produced by Harrison i believe

I looked at these myself. I was seriously considering the 13ft 3.75 until I tried the Century C2 SP, and Century got my money.

Tried those and was those or freespirit HI'S I've 13ft Johnson Ross distance specials and the specials won.
