Good luck mate, I know someone who has been on there for years and I can't even get a guesty out of him!

Much smaller than I thought when I watch the vid on YouTube with Martin Bowler on there. They made the place look easy too

Wayne Little runs it. It's invite only and from memory, expensive.
Small lake, only 7-8 acres. Very heavily stocked.
