Couldn't find a thread on this so thought I'd give anyone the heads up, went on a impromptu trip to France over Xmas booking within 3 weeks of going, tunnel wanted £370, DFDS wanted £320 and P and O wanted £258 , didn't realise irish ferries operated out of Dover but got a van return crossing for £198 return, worth checking out if your off to France or beyond 👍

The roughest ferry I have ever been on was an Irish Ferries service... Looked like the ship was on it's last rudders.. Food was way too expensive also - 100 euro for a family of 4.
The other side of the coin.
