Just to let people know, I bought a £8 strap and buckle set from TEMU after SONIK said that the V2 skull cap wont fit the V1. Well it fits pretty good, and the guy at SONIK was very interested on how I had done it.

Do you have any photos etc? I'd contemplated doing the same as quite happy with the bivvy but a skill cap would be useful. V2 peak looked marginally different but sounds like fits well.

That's the reason I sold my camo axs because no skull cap! Ridiculous from sonik when every other manufacturer pretty much does one for a block bivvy. I'd be interested in some photos too as you can pick up MK1 axs for really cheap. I was waiting for the MK2 to go down in price

Ok, so the bivvy is not pegged down, but I think its not a bad fit. I have used it pegged down and it fits better. I think Sonik just want you to buy the new V2. I am going to try the over warp next, and I bet that fits. Sonik says its a different size but the V1 and the V2 have the same dimensions. Let see???????
