Bought myself a Bulin stove earlier this year, but it's developed a fault were it's firing out a large yellow flame instead of the usual blue flames. I've switched canisters but still the same. Any ideas what's causing this? and can it be fixed?

Something is blocked, you aren't getting the right oxygen/gas mix or low gas pressure/a leak.

Connect everything, turn gas on full and put in a bucket of water to check for leaks, no leaks then take it apart and clean it.

Worth checking where the gas goes into the preheat there is a screw valve at the bottom of the pipe inlet they sometimes come loose and let too much air in the mix.

could be a blockage / obstruction in or near the jet. had similar years ago with a Primus gas stove. gave everything a thorough clean and worked well again.

+1, that'd be my suspicion, doesn't take a lot to partially block a jet.

EDIT, I think my primus has a shaker jet for just that reason.

Ok, thanks for the advice , I'll play around with it and give it a clean.hopefully get it working

Take it out of the bucket of water before lighting it though

I once kicked my leaking MSR Dragonfly into the lake when it threatened to explode, forgot petrol floats and didn't know it could burn with a near invisible flame, until I put my hand in to retrieve it ...that was fun...not...what a absolute twit
