Dont want leisure battery but may need to if these aren't sufficient.

I've got the Ridgemonkey wireless charger, and while it's great for phones and smaller gadgets, it won't work for a laptop. I tried it once with mine, and it just didn't have the juice. You'll need something more powerful if charging a laptop is a priority.

It's says in the blurb “Qi compatible wireless pad: 10W max”
So no.
If your laptop has a usb c port just use that it will support much higher charge rates which can be delivered by the charger
Wireless charging is just to lossy to deliver the adequate charge, stick to wired.

I meant a wired connection from that type of power pack. Not wirelessly charge it
