All good here Karl, doing a bit more angling after a little break and really enjoying it, new UK PB as well which is nice.

Yeah its a good story to tell that one! Wrote the letter and everything

And yeah i wouldn't be paying £30 for that either.

The seller has offered it at a lower price at £27,might be worth making them an offer

I received that this morning, plus they want £4.50 p&p

I replied saying I would pay £20 tops, including p&p

The 3 I already own cost less than £20....

I've purchased a Korda Wide Spool case in the meantime...but I like the neoprene spools socks that the Shimano effort comes with, keeps the spools much safer.

I will probably end up making some out of spare neoprene I have laying around...next time I muster up the enthusiasm to get my sewing machine out to do minor bag/fabric repairs...
