Fox. Softer and better casting than the Korda. Double tapered and good value at about £12 per 300m spool. 12-30lbs land anything that swims in the UK. My go to for long distance.

Not a recommendation because I've never used it, but I noticed the other day that the Korda stuff is only £3 for a 300m spool from TFT. Perhaps it's that price because it's not that good as per post#2?

That was the original. It is fine, but you have to strip a good 4 yards off to prevent frap-ups.
The newer Korda one is far better and on a par with the Fox IMO.
