Hi I am struggling to order a carte de peche for fishing in France, website keeps not letting me check out. I want the all access pass, I think it's the 110 euro option. Does anyone have a clue that can offer help. I've filled all details in, added photo, I had to select a region for some bizarre reason even though I've selected the interfederal card. When I check out it says there has been an issue reload the page. Keep doing that but nothing helps.

You have obviously created an account?
Also as you say you need to choose a department, AND an AAPPMA. You choose this first then the national URNE/CHI/EGHO bit is effectively an add-on.
It is not a complete "all acces" pass, not all departments are in it (for example Savoie, Haute Savoie, Jura, ....) and nota all AAPPMAs within the departments are in it either. This means 1/you need to check you are allowed to fish each lake you go to, and 2/you need to make sure when you buy the permit that you chhose an AAPPMA that it is "reciprocitaire", ie. one with the little drawing of a float and an outline of the map of france, as opposed to a float and a little oval. Maybe if you picked one without the france logo it doesn't like you picking the 110 € option ?
If you've done that OK then on the page where you can "valider et payer" choose yourself on the click down menu underneath "carte 1" and you photo should appear, also tick the "j'accepte les conditions de vente" box... should be OK ?

That said I have just tried and I couldn't get the "valider et payer" button to go active either, but I think for me it is just bugging as I already have 2 cards active for this year (Savoie and Isère to get the national bit), so it won't let me choose myself again in the scroll down menu.

You also need to choose if you want it sent to you by post or not - no point, click "impression personnelle" and just save it on your phone.

I'had something similar early August traying to get a "carte de perché ebdomadarie" , send them an email, they replied but I'm not able to get the permit online, so I opted for the old and trusted "buy there"

When I tried on line discovered I'd have an active account that in no way I was able to enter or change the password, maybe that's because I failed on line.

Managed to check out, what a faff, more luck than judgement have the permit with the float and map of country also.

I had this just recently. It drove me mad for about an hour (the night before I left of obviously haha)
I was using the Google option to turn it too English. When I removed it so it was in French it worked straight away !

lol had the same issues, their permitting is pretty dam difficult :-) just hope I got the right one now

That was a concern of mine . I did see the garde when I was there and he let me carry on so must of been correct.
He was asking me for a barcode or qr code but I didn't have that but he checked it out and let me carry on
