Personally I'd use a spring arm of some sort, I use the older Solar Quiverloc with varying diameter carbon inserts. They also did one where you can change the angle of the arm to alternate tension. I think Nash did 1, was it the Wasp, and Keith at Defiant MPS did 1 too.

Edit, Solar Quiverloc not Springbow, though I have those too but kept breaking the fibre glass arms and with replacements no longer made used carbon for both instead.

IMO, bobbins on chains aren't the most suitable thing for distance fishing. Fox euro swingers are the way forward. With the weight and variable spring loading you can really get your line bowstring tight. I'm amazed watching videos when people are fishing at range with korda stows and a little weight underneath.

MCF flipper, I thinks it's called, with the heavy chain might be worth a look, as well as the rattler, if they still do it, or as others have said a swinger style system. 👍👍👍

MPS banshee is definitely worth a look ...... 👍
