Anyone know how to cancel cypog? Can't seem to find it on mobile app?

Notoriously hard to do. Lots of stories of people cancelling and then still being charged . Probably best to do it via their site and then contact your bank too

Not this again, could do with sending a couple of those Manchester cops round

I sent them the email they still took payment, i had to stop all payments.

They didnt reply to my cancellation email but still send emails with rejoining deals never again!!

Cheers all.. easy to sign your life away.. not so easy to claw it back

Not difficult, just cancel with your bank. You don't have a contract.

If you joined through Paypal find the payment in the App and remove reoccurring payment.

They never reply to you so I wouldn't bother emailing. This must be the worst company ever for customer service.

Thanks.. I looked all over in my online statements and couldn't find transactions but since you mentioned about PayPal I've found it.

I cancelled in Marh & they took payment again in April so I emailed them & got a reply within a couple of days. got my refund a couple of days later.

my emails were from Gemma & Faye
