Iv been looking for 3 x 25mm x 3 mm isotopes.
So expensive these days .

Most people say buy the green ones from Darrencarp aka Iceatope on ebay as they are the brightest available
But you can save a few pennies buying from here

This seller used to be quite a bit cheaper but now he's not that much cheaper nowadays.
Cheapest I've found for 3mmx25mm is these Fox ones but they are in white and so likely not to be as bright as green ones.

Buying isotopes SIZE FOR SIZE they are ALL exactly the same ! obviously the bigger the isotope the more gas and greater pressure so will be brighter
as there are only a few manufacturers IN THE WORLD !! and there are now very strict laws concerning the pressure of the gas inside so they are all the same and thats a FACT
the natural colour of the gas is Green so its the brightest Red is the dimmest
the main thing that you need to be aware of is how OLD are they as over time they slowly become less bright so it makes sense to buy from someone that sells the most as his/her stock will be turning over and buying the freshest on Ebay Darrencarp sells the most and his will be the freshest/brightest

but the ones in the tackle shops could be god knows how old and will be dimmer if they have been sitting in a warehouse and then on a tackle shop shelf

I ended up buying 3 of those in the link.
In the picture the ends look a bit weird but I can confirm they look like regular iceatopes.
I'm not sure why the Tacklebox have used those photos.
How they compare for brightness I don't know as I haven't got any to compare with.

Thanks mate, just searched through the guy that Gerry recommended on eBay and he does some specific for safe liners
