Can someone recommmend me a tripod and dual bracket for my baitboat

Have a Samsung a9 tablet and the other thing is the camera monitor.

For tripod look at the Zomei Q111 tripod decent tripod for the money £20 posted of eBay nice sturdy tripod extends to a decent height aswell
