I'm on my second bedchair since January after fox replaced the first. Got the same problem again with the replacement bed.
The legs are sprung so you just press the latch bit to extend them. One of the legs doesn't lock properly, when I sit on the bed the leg collapses back inside itself.
Anyone had this issue and managed to sort it? I can't be arsed with the process of returning another one. A bit p*ssed off to be honest as it's not a cheap piece of kit. I've had cheaper Trakker and wychwood beds in the past and not had any issues.

If you look at the black block so to speak ,which houses the lever,there are two screws ,carefully undo them and make sure the little black clip in,lock part is intact ..
I had to put all four of mine into the correct location inside that black box thingy at the end of each leg..
Take a careful look....other than that ,Dura lite two is great ,I don't use a sim anymore either,as its got a nice lacing system..so it's OK..

Had the same on mine! The leg just wont lock no matter what i do.

Did you manage to sort it?
Having Googled it there's quite a lot of stuff along a similar theme.
Pretty annoyed to be honest as it's not a cheap bedchair by a long stretch.

Had the same problem on my fox mk2 flatliner same legs as the duralite I could not sort them ended up buying a new leg frame tackle shop order it in from fox I fitted 2 sets of new legs and they slipped straight away got a 3rd set and thankfully they have been fine

I received a duralite yesterday - the single legs have a cam loc type fitting that doesnt seem to lock or do anything to stop the leg rotating on the frame, is that normal??

On mine the cam lock does stop it moving somewhat but not completely.
