Hi all I've just been involved in a serious crash with my daughter. She was driving and waiting at traffic lights, they turned green so she moved off but someone coming from the left went straight through red light and hit us hard.
Me and my daughter are both in alot of pain,
the other driver has admitted full responsibility. But where do we go from here in claiming compensation from loss of earnings and obviously the injuries received?

Your insurance company will take care of all that. Read your policy.
Who's car was it? Who's in the log book? Who's insured as main driver? They take a good look at all of that stuff these days.

You need legal representation.
This is often included as a benefit of car insurance (as Teddybare suggests).
If there is a separate breakdown recovery policy (e.g. AA), that may include legal rep.
Also look at other insurance policies, credit card contracts.
If none of those have legal rep cover, see a lawyer who specialises and offers ‘no win, no fee' service.

In principle, I agree.
My kids are both both barristers. And will insist that legal disputes are always a roll of the dice. And can be very long to resolve.
Engaging a lawyer, you risk to pay them a lot of money for a lot hours prep work, then when the case finally comes to court (say) 2 years later, the other driver has changed their story (perhaps under pressure from the lawyer paid for by their insurer), and witnesses have completely forgotten what happened and are made to appear unsure and incertain by a decent lawyer.
Really depends on how solid your witnesses are (if there were any. If none, that's a major negative if the other driver does get leant on by their insurance to stop admitting liability) and how much money you can pay to a lawyer and then lose.

Regarding the evidence I would check to see if their are any cameras on or near the traffic lights,businesses with cctv, homes etc etc and ask them if they wouldn't mind supplying a video for your evidence 👍

Just to clarify I was a passenger on my daughters car, she is fully comp insurance but doesn't have legal cover.
I visited the doctors today but I felt like they don't like using the words whiplash or concussion even though I have all the symptoms.
He has signed me off work for a week and told to take painkillers and rest.
We have dashcam footage from the car behind him showing him going straight through red light. Also quite a few witnesses that seen it happen.

Because too many people have taken the piss from the smallest tap and caused everyone's insurance to skyrocket. Gangs were going round buying cheap cars, brake testing people and funnily enough all 5 people in the car get whiplash and concussion for the ££££££

Someone I know was advised by the accident repair company to make a personal injury claim when they were involved in accident.
They were told it's the norm nowadays.
I didn't ask if they went ahead and made the claim, I'd rather not know.

They're part of the problem - they want to prolong the process as they want to charge for the loan car out of it. "Just put a claim in, everyone does it" - and will suggest a company they get a referral from. Everyone trying to make money out of an accident, then moaning when premiums go sky high.
