Looking at getting some 10ft rods and these fit my pocket. I'm used to NG 2.75 12ft so how would shorter rods compare ? I see these CTX rods come labeled Creeper at 2.3/4 and 3.1/4 test curve so I'm thinking which one would suite me best. I like a through action rod so would I be better staying at 2.3/4 test or are these softer rods. Has anyone got experience with these ?

I've got 3x 10' CTX in 3.25 . . . not through action but certainly 'parabolic' and enjoyable to play fish from 15-30+ with. Haven't waggled the 2.75s but would imagine they are obviously a little softer . . .my CTX are for sale as I replaced them for 10' Aviators! PM me if you're interested! Cheers

Thanks for the reply, I have struggled with my 12' -2.75 due to the length and bushes. Knowing my luck I will get one set and wished I'd got the other
