I need a new set of alarms and keep changing my mind on what to get. Finding it difficult to see a side be side comparison of the nash r4 and fox rx compared to things like delkim txi d and the ecu alarms.

The fox and the nash look really bulky in pictures/videos etc. Are they really that much bigger thandelks/ecu alarms?

Rx are huge. Never seen the nash alarms but they look a lot smaller than the fox rx.

R4's are bigger than txi-d's but smaller than the rx's.

I've had both RX+ & R4 and now using the Nash R4 the RX+ are bigger than the R4

The RX+ is wider but not taller or deeper than the R4. The R4 is fair bit larger than a Delkim, unless you need the features of the R4, I'd buy the R3 which is about the same size as the Delkim

I would look at the German company Carp Sounder , in my mind these are the most reliable alarms , made in Germany as well.

Fox rx+ not reliable. Had 2 repaired after guarantee ended. On off switch is a common fault £40 every time to get repaired. Had fox for 25 years before no issues

Fox are deffo the biggest of the lot. I would still go for the Fox alarms over any others though. I know a few people that had the nash r4's and ended up switiching to RX+ alarms. Each to their own but I personally think the Fox are the best in terms of ease of use and features.
