Does anyone have any recent experience of Calm Productions? Have used them in past without problems but placed an order for couple of books on 8th May and unlike last time got no email confirmation of the order (did get an invoice as a PDF I downloaded when I ordered). Money already taken from account. Have tried to contact to ask if I should get an email confirmation but no response yet.

It says on the web site shipping and returns
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 21 days. International orders are generally received within 28 days.
Tbh they are crap but always got my orders.

It was the lack of email confirmation that was troubling me. In the past always got email confirmation when order was placed. Will keep an eye out. Used credit card so will be covered if issues.
