Has any lone played about with lenses for the iPhones or other phones.

Interested to try get a little more out of the camera and get better shots. So many options available but not really a camera person to no what's best.

Wide , macro , zoom. Or do they make any difference at all

If its for catch shots, I can't see any of those being of benefit at all. A clip on circular polariser might be worth a try though.

Always take on Portrait setting, best setting in my opinion for trophy shots

Yea catch shots. And scenery and the old wildlife shot.

Lost count of the amount of photos where the angler is pin sharp and the fish is blurred.

Disable face detection and the camera will focus on nearest object.

People holding fish out at arms length to make them look better!

After some reading I've learnt some tips about shooting in raw mode to get the best out of the 48mp camera. And using better apps to get the best out of the shots

But on the lens front it looks like the suggestion below is the best addition. A polarising filter to reduce glare and make the most of scenic shots
