Anyone else give this a listen?

I found it fascinating, but was a bit of a mind f%%k!

If what he is saying is true, that carp can see this ultra-red light, something we as humans can't, as well as birds, then surely it's back to the drawing board!

Gives context to why a group of tufties flew over my spot, water was like mud after the floods and they landed straight on to my bait and began diving.

Apparently this ultra red light can travel through things like clouds and murky water etc 🤔

Found this one hard going. Might have to revise and give it another go. Apart from the infra red bit what else did you take from it?

Well I liked it carp must see in someway in the dark etc

I found it fascinating, I also thought Sam was superb at not taking all the info at face value, and diplomatically has his own thoughts on some of the information I would say.

For me, some of the information from James did sound slightly tenuous, but James' mentions of yellow and white hook baits made sense.

As an aside, Carp Chronicles is (for me), pretty much the best podcast out there on carp fishing.
