Hi all,
Does anyone have experience with the pop up mixes from Feedstim?
In the past I've been using Polaris mix from Mainline and the CcMoore pop up mixes.
I've found the Polaris mix not consistent enough. One pot was perfect the other one difficult to handle.
The CcMoore pop up mix, I didn't like cause the split with rolling.
So, looking for something 'new and better'

The cc moore is like a lot of pop up mixes, you don't boil but gently simmer to stop splitting

The Quality Baits one is good. Very buoyant, rolls firm and nice and consistent.

Yes, 3 or 4 years ago i bought a bag, so from memory.
Rolling and handling ok, some tlc is needed, take it easy with the amount of water.
But pop-up mixes are never easy to handle. The thing i was somewhat disappointed with was the buoyancy, i thought it was nothing to get excited over. Decided to add some spheres, albumen and egg compound and in that way i could make pretty decent pop ups with extreme buoyancy.
This is all from memory, still have it somewhere laying around, but not a big fan. On the bright side, no spheres, so that's a pleasant thought.
I do know boiliedesigningredients do a very buoyant mix. You get a bag of spheres and a bag of mix. Mix is well idk, not the most attractive, i even think some cellulose is added, but it rolls like a dream. Some of that, some good ingredients and some spheres is what i do now, and as far as pop up mixes go this is very idiot proof:P
