Any info on this lake opposite where a5 aquatics used to be. I know it was a fishery but unsure if still is ran as such. Cheers

Hi,

Never been a fishery to the Public or Syndicate ! Completely Closed complex !!

Only the Owners friends of The Aquatics place ever got to fish it and that was very very few.

His Lad did allow some of his mate to fish it odd times too but I believe there was an accident down there and fishing got stopped to outsiders and everyone.

You'll be lucky to find out anymore than that unless you know him or are friends of the family.

Could have sworn I knew a lad who had a ticket , was some years back 🤷🏼‍♂️

You could get a ticket in the past. I had one myself for a year, like around '95. Was an odd lake as he kept chucking random Koi and Ghost carp from the shop and then a some larger fish from Netherlands

I knew tickets were sold for it. Anyone else took it on I wonder ?

One of the lads on BWater had a ticket in the late 90s . . . thought they filled it in since!

Still there pal , saw some drone footage of the area which is what set me off 😂, knew a lad who had a ticket but according to ⬇️ others it was never as a fishery 😂😂

The owner doesn't allow fishing on there now or doesn't want anyone to take it over. He has been messed about in the past and now doesn't want the agro
