Now I can refill the gas canisters for the Thermocell am looking to source cheaper tabs to run it in the most cost effective way. Can work out quite expensive, with a tab a night so wondered if any of you guys have found a more cost effective source for those blue tabs needed?

There are plenty of cheaper alternative pads - just look on Amazon and ebay.
However i have found none as effective as the proper thermocell ones - i am currently using some Greek ones from ebay and they do work but i have to double them up and they don't last anywhere as near as long

I really dont know if these would fit
but they get some great reviews if you buy from Amazon they are returnable if they wont fit
but the double sized packs of them are on Ebay and work out cheaper

That is the ones i mentioned - you can fit two of them into a thermocell.
They do work but don't last as long and i found they didn't have the same range of keeping bugs away. From memory had it at every 6 hours and i was changing them 2 at a time

I had seen these but at half the size, i wasnt sure if they would fit or be effective. Thats why I asked if there were other options. Thanks for the reply, ill buy some of these now, give them a try.
Its surprising you cant find the original somewhere on the online shops, cheaper.
