Hi All.
I have always used something called Rod Hutchingson's "NetSafe" to disinfect my landing nets and unhooking mat after each session, you could spray it on a damp net or mat and then dry it and it would be completely safe but i'm about to run out.
I cannot find a single shop with any stock, even Fleebay !!
With the Sun light levels dropping because of Winter and it becoming harder to dry nets and mats bone dry as its cooler, what do you guys use to keep all your Carp gear safe from transferring diseases ??? I know direct Sun and making everything bone dry is part of it but is there anything else out there to do the job and make my carp gear safe. A spray or disinfectant safe for Fishing ???

Bio VX is what is used by many fisheries. It works out really cheap in the long-term as well.

I just bung in a big dollop of Dettol in a sink full of water. I don't think you need to be too scientific about it.
