Hi all, looking to upgrade my cheap fox spod rod as wanting to get a few extra yards, up to 120ish maybe a little further. Would like 12ft ideally and don't mind buying second hand. Anyone got any good recommendations? Happy to spend up to £150ish

I've got a Daiwa powermesh c2 12ft spod rod which I can recommend for value and capabilities. Think I paid under £100 for it new if you can still find them.

Iv got a free spirit mrs, coupled with a daiwa emblem spod, spomb braid And leader and medium spomb flies easily get 120

Friend of mine has a Torrix spod for sale. I think it's a Cotswold rods build.

see if you can get hold of a daiwa longbow spod rod.very accurate and nice and powerful

Picked up my 13' Freespirit S Lite SPM for about £150 . . .bit of a hefty beast but flings to infinity and beyond

Free Spirit LRS. Animal of a blank and I think was used to obtain a casting record.

Birmingham Angling Centre - they had one left in stock - gave them some patter - bought another couple of items - job done!
