Thankyou Korda,amazing customer service.I lost the net sleeve to my Korda net,I asked if sold them as spares but unfortunately they don't.They did say if ever get any they would let me know,I had totally forgot about it until an email out the blue on Thursday morning.A brand new net sleeve was delivered yesterday.Superb service,well impressed considering the first conversation was nearly two months ago

It's good to here.

A few years ago my crimp pliers broke and one of the handles came off (it was corroded) they wrote back saying they hadn't seen that before and that I had stored them damp!! Fishing crimps damp - who knew.

I had to send my pair back (in bits) as they had seen photos, and they sent me out a new pair - the petty- vindictive - munga warriors made sure they'd removed the crimps from the packet so I dint profit from such misfortune...

I had a ronnie swivel break and lost a fish. Contacted them on instagram and they sent me 2 packs foc. Cant fault them for that
