Have any of you had any dealings with Corus ? I purchased a complete brolly system last November for my nephew, I am 72 and my nephew is disabled, I purchased it it in November for an Xmas gift for him but he has only used it a few times, he went for a days fishing and when he pushed the pole up to open up the brolly the wire that holds the whole thing to the boss the broke and the whole thing fell apart, after many many attempts to get it repaired Corus are totally ignoring us, I have tried many times to phone them but they put me on hold then cut me off,
It cost me £200 but I cannot afford to buy him another one and he cannot go fishing without one unless it is sunny and dry, I know it was purchased last November it is still under warranty but the service I got from them is disgusting, I know I cannot ask for a new one and I have asked if it can be repaired but I am just getting ignored at every attempt, any ideas what I can do ??
