I have a Fox Frontier X. One of the front 3 “peak” poles popped out of the block whilst setting up. (Left side one) My mates also did this and he managed to get it back in by hammering with a mallet after a lot of attempts. It has a ball on the end that pops out that should sit in the block but i cant get it back in.
Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you get it back in. Id assume loosening the bolts on the block will allow it back in but i don't want to screw up the spring loaded centre pole.
Any advise welcome thanks.

Its happened to me a couple of times
There is a flat side on the ball. and if you line it up properly I was able to push it back in and then had no problems with it.

Thanks that link works if you copy and paste it. Just watched it. It looks a nightmare job the way hes done it, he struggled with a couple of bits and hes an expert. Im not sure id be confident attempting this as a lot can go wrong.

Mine popped out, but I managed to get it back in without pulling the block apart.
A bit heath robinson but I hit it with a bit of wood, I was setting up at the lake so had to fix it or go home.
A mate helped me, we aligned the ball with the slot, put a piece of branch against the ball then hit the other end and it popped in.
That was several months ago it's been fine ever since

I undid the bolts on the block following the youtube video. Its not to difficult. The bivvy seems better for this. Its not as tight now when putting the front poles in place.
Ive heard of a couple who have forced it back in but i couldnt and felt i was risking damage.

Before you spread the block open, it also helps to first secure the center pole with a bivvy peg. This makes unfolding the spread block much easier.
In the video below you can also see how far forward you have to open the spreader block. If you do it this way, I don't see how the poles can come out of the block.
Around 3:25 you see how far he spreads the bivvy open, around 3:50 he shows how you can set up the bivvy more easily by securing the center pole first.
