I've got some Nash Power Barrow Wheels and every time I tighten them up they just undo when I use the barrow to the extent one wheel came off yesterday, but luckily I found the nut and washer on the track. Any idea how I can stop this happening?

Is that the back wheels your referring to if so are they nyloc nuts to hold the wheel on if not get some nyloc nuts and some lock tite to put of the bolt thread

You really shouldn't need to Loctite decent nyloc nuts, just makes it a ball ache if you want to get them off again.

Looks like they use a flanged nut on the axle thread, swap it for a nyloc shouldn't need loctite thread glue.
