Not sure on the reels that you have. But most reels will tell you the yardage to the diameter of your line your using. Obviously the thickee your line the less your going to get on. I'm sure what ever you put on. Unless your casting 250 yards will be enough..

Memory builds up on small arbour reels so IMO your better with softer reeler lines to control or you pull the line straight to manage.
