Im looking on buying a 6ft 3lbTC rod but need a good small reel to match my budget is about £65 tops or less
should i go for a new nash dwarf reel if so which one was hoping on using 10 or 12lb line

Look on eBay at the NGT Proflier 60 reel great little reels for the money under £30 wooden handle knob , quick drag as standard look the same as the nash scope GT reels

got the nash dwarf 4000br ones on my 6ft 2lb dwarf rods and they're heavier than i was expecting if that's any use to you
As said, unless looking at second hand, Daiwa Ninja is the best in that price bracket
