Technology is really the only advancement (?) left in carp angling.
As with BB's I guess; a useful tool in the right hands, a menace in the wrong.
I'd liked to have been watching the screen for the one I saw recently, as the 22mm'er went whizzing close past.

Same level of nonsense as a bait boat to me. Thankfully the lakes I fish would never allow something like this in a million years.
If they did I'd be on my way. The only way to avoid all this remote controlled rubbish is to fish lakes managed with the same outlook on fishing as yourself.

This is really meant for sea fishing for getting big baits out past the surf etc. Like for shark fishing etc.

They should not be allowed for the general public to buy they should only be allowed for certain services to use and charge a very expensive license to use one carp fishing has had it tbh

I think that size does actually need a license to fly it
The mini drones or undear about a kilo (I think)you don't need a licence

Think it is immaterial anyway, most fisheries ban them completely.....and if these do start to be used they will all ban them!
