I sent a msg on the carp porter facebook page asking about the handles they said a big shipment is ordered and arriving very soon
So For people that own a Mk2 Carp porter OR !! a FOX explorer barrow !
ONE of the best optional extras IMO are the braced handles this increases the rigidity of a Mk 2 carp porter and is a great improvement
BUT !!!!!!!!
IT REALLY REALLY TRANSFORMS A FOX EXPLORER BARROW and is the exact size slides straight in like they were made for it gone are the elastic handles

I had a mate weld a bit of box section between the handles on my fox explorer barrow and changed the position of thumb screws as original position is terrible.I had the box section put in between handles so I could drop my trakker bucket in gap between handle support and barrow.Works really well in my opinion 👍

Hopefully they will bring the straight handles back aswell

I have the powerporter extreme,Im ditching the back wheels and the handles it comes with for the mk2 handles and rear legs and feet.I asked which parts I would need and they sent me the list and said its all out of stock until August

I had a triporter big boy for a while and disagree ..... I really didnt like the handle set up and the thing is far too heavy and cumbersome to use on anything but a smooth path in my experience

ive got the mk2 not the big boy and i dont bother with the sides or the extra handles for lifting it which makes it a bit lighter i suppose. been ok so far - the extra wheels deffo help if u have back or neck issues

This is exactly what I'm finding with the powerporter extreme,any slight hill and the back wheels follow it and cause the barrow to tip.This is exactly why I'm changing to the back legs and different handles
