Farm shop/Horse feed/Pet food supplier should stock it.

They do sell molasses yes, but it all seems to be the sugar cane type.
It's just that I read somewhere that the sugar beet version has a higher betaine content🤷♂️🤷♂️

Could try BAF.. they do a product called beta stim which I'm sure is a product based on Sugar beet.

Boot strap molasses is the best but it's more expensive.

I assume you mean blackstrap molasses as bootstrap is a misnomer.
Black/boot strap is a cheap, boiled down, salty version of standard sugarcane molasses. Barely suitable for human consumption and in that sense an inferior product. That said, it does have a higher mineral content, but should definitely not have a higher price. As always, don't swallow everything the bait traders try to feed you.

Yes not sure where bootstrap came from!
I use the stuff from Holland and Barratt as I make a bit of bait for myself so I'm not worried about the cost and it's certainly perfectly fine for human consumption.
This stuff on offer is very good
