Sort of. Quite expensive rings, and guess not available in bigger sizes. Had a set on a light float rod built by a Dutch Rod builder called CJW-rods. Nice rod but eventually sold it.
Still have 2 (light) lure rods built with the same guides. Never tried to flex them like the Youtube video. Have my worries to damage the thin blanks. In the end the guides have no inner lining and thats the biggest benefit imo. Also very light guides so the finished rod stays rigid.

They have a ceramic insert in the ones on my fly rods and the intermediate ones are also flexible nickle titanium with a pvd coating so they also flex but line just flies through them.
