Does anyone know a rough cost to remove my cork handles and add full duplon

Unfortunately it's not cheap, around £80-120 per rod. Probably worth more than the blanks

Do it yourself? I did a couple myself last year, with shrink, and the results were spot on.

I used a little duplon cone infront of the real seats, new fuji real seats, full length shrink with a little duplon flare underneath at the butt ends and new butt caps. All done from the butt end, so no need to remove the butt ring. Came to about £25 per rod and was really easy to do, just a bit of time and patience. I can't imagine duplon being much more difficult, apart from having to get it over the butt taper.

That wasn't removing cork though, so there's a bit of work there getting it off and smooth enough so no bumps show through the shrink.
