I usually attach my buzzer bar with light and camera onto a bankstick but was to put it on a tripod now, and links to an adaptor would be great.

Don't know of any off the shelf adapters, but a camera thread is normally 1/4 x 20, I think. Buzzer bars, 3/8 BSF of course.
