Time to re spool my reels, I can get Berkley cm90 in 12lb (0.34) in the UK but to get the 15lb (0.38) I'll need to pay £15 delivery as its in Guernsey.

So my question is, is the 12lb strong enough? Currently I'm using Nash bullet at 12lb which has been strong enough so far or do I just bite the bullet and spend £55 quid including delivery.

There is no need to spend £55 on a spool of mono

I've used both 12 and 15lb CM90. The 15lb was an excellent line, didn't rate the 12lb as much as had a couple of cut offs with it. Likely pike as one thing I didn't like about CM90 was how visible it was in any light in the water.

If you haven't tried it already I would give the brown .40 Korda Touchdown a try. I found it very similar to the CM90 and less obvious in the water.

Check Amazon, on another thread jon mentioned he ordered some.

Also the stated breaking strains are all over the place. The 0.38 / 15lb is actually tested at 24lb

I have scoured Amazon - and pretty much everywhere else - and I can't find .38 anywhere.
