Does anybody know what the crack is with Airfield lakes nowadays, particularly the Spitfire Pool that held/holds those mega commons?

Spitfire is on an exclusive booking basis, I think it's still only available for 9 weeks of the year, for up to 3 anglers
Mustang is also on a lake exclusive booking basis
