Can anyone suggest any day ticket/ club waters in the Nottingham area? Will be up that way for work a fair bit and am considering doing overnighters in between work

Thanks mate. Typically I think TV is the closest to where I will be working. What are your experiences of the place?

Me and my lad did a 24 hour session on it a few years ago, went mid week in October and it was pretty busy. We got a couple of pegs together in the swims in the trees opposite the cabin. Didn't have anything except a screamer of a run and I struck into nothing. Could have been a fish trailing line.
It seemed well managed, there was a guy in our swim with waders on when we got there who was clearing rushes on each side to make it a bit more easier to fish. The swims are pretty close together from memory. You have a train line on one side. There are big fish in there, but there's also a lot of smaller ones. If you do a search on here, I'm sure there's a few reviews of it.
I think Office Lake is pretty close by, I have read recently that it's a really nice pool. Can't remember where I read this, probably on faceache somewhere.

Butterley res, A bit further north (ripley derbyshire) but plenty of lads from notts fish it. Club water and selling year tickets now

Ring Walkers of Trowell or Carp scene. Both helpful shops. Might be worth getting a cheap club ticket Notts AA, Notts fed etc. Trent Valley have some nice looking water pretty cheap.
