Basically I'm looking for some information on Rowneys lake carp syndicate, Wasing.
I've heard there can be a few strange rules, could be to keep others away. Ive heard people use it as a gateway for the other lakes. Aso how big is the out of bounds? Are boats/baitboats allowed? Any idea on stock? Any other of general info greatly recieved. Feel free to send DM.

Not sure how up to date my info is, but I will try to help. I joined for one year in 2017, only fished it twice and didn't renew.
Bait boats... Yes, everyone seemed to use them.
Out of bounds area... And there was a 'bailiffs only area' too . The shallow snaggiest bits... Where the fish spent a lot of time!
Stock... Not what was claimed. There was one common (not 3!) around 40lb then, a couple of very pretty upper 30 Scaley mirrors, but most were small stunted commons from 10-15lb. Rumours of an uncaught monster, didn't meet anyone who had ever seen it. Lot of rumours, mainly all nonsense. It had a stocking the year before I joined, they were small then but have probably done OK.
Lots of big bream up to 19lb.
Very high turnover of members, it seemed at least half the syndicate left each year... A friend stayed on for 4 years, and it was pretty much the same.
It's a lovely lake, and if fully open and with the right strain, and all the stunted commons removed, could be excellent.
Personally I wouldn't bother.
There was one Dave Lane vid on YouTube there. He fished a few sessions there a year or so before me. I believe he had one 19lb common, and never went back as he was just there waiting for Cranwells but dropped it when the Parrot died before he got on there.

Carpman Chris should be able to tell you more he is on the Bootle and Shalford ticket
I fished it for a year in about 2012 had one out the newer section is shallower and drops off the closer you get to the Oxlease side if that's makes sense
Fish wise a bit of a mystery they did stock it with doubles from Cranwells I believe but we were never quite sure.The whole complex changed when Mark left

Whilst I am not on the Rowneys ticket, I have had a Wasing ticket for the best part of 20 years, so hopefully I can provide you with a little info.
Rowneys is a fairly big, open gravel pit. Stock isn't really a known quantity. There are many reasons for this, although my own personal observation is that due to the proximity to the river, it means the surrounding land has a tendency to flood and so fish have been known to migrate from various different waterways, into and out of Rowneys.
Not sure about the comment relating to "stunted" commons that another poster made. There's a lot of water to fish and I can't imagine the biomass issues required to stunt fish would be present on Rowneys, but I'm no scientist, so who really knows?
You're fishing for some rarely caught, often very pretty carp in very pleasant countryside setting with limited members. Yes, being on the Rowneys ticket does give you the ability to join the Cranwells waiting list, so I guess a number of people might join just for this access.
I understand that some of the out of bounds has been developed and now allows anglers, but someone actually fishing the lake may know more than me on that one.
In terms of rules, I think these are generic across all of Wasing's syndicates and these rules are by no-means draconian. Baitboats are indeed allowed and there are no specific bait bans or anything silly. I believe sessions are limited to 48hrs in any given swim, but you can move to another swim and continue fishing.

Nice orange bait boats cutting off large areas . It's not so big and gets fished by enough for anything special to show up before now. It's the old tripe about unknowns that sells tickets.
