After a little bit of help if possible, looking for a powerer bank, does anyone know if the large fox 96000mah is comparable to ultimate power bank specs look similar to me but I'm not that well up on electrical specs.

The specs are similar the. Fox has a higher current delivery at 13 amps compared to the 4amp of the other PSU.
As for reliability I couldn't comment.
Personally as it's medical I would look at the Anker as a) I've owned them for over tens years. B) that's all they make.

I'm not an expert either, but an important thing to think about:
It's all very well trying to compare the Power Banks, but without knowing the specs ()ie power consumption) of the equipment that you plan to connect to it, you're not going to know if either of them are any good ....

These are the same powerbanks, only difference is the wireless charging.

Totally agree regarding Anker and anything lithium battery related. My headphones & 80w Bluetooth outdoor speaker disagree with the last part of your statement though... They have made a lot more than just great reliable power banks for a long while now.
