Hi all. Does anybody know anything about this place on the outskirts of Norwich? Complex of 7 lakes with 3 of the lakes around the 25/30 acre mark, Bawburgh, Colney and Lodge. I'm unsure as of what‘s still in there carp wise. I've heard through the grapevine there has been issues with flooding and otters, the info on the website seems a little dated.. I know the otter had a 40+ called 3 Scale from Lodge Lake as a friend told me it was posted on Facebook. I hear it's quite popular with the tench anglers but anything on the carp seems quite hush hush.

A very well run set of lakes. Low (ish) stock. Don't worry about the otter stories, they have visited for years, take a fish or two then move on again. They really aren't an issue.
Fish retaining fences were put in place years back, so yes they do get a bit of a flood water about each year, no fish are lost down the river though like before.
Yes it's very popular with the tench anglers until they've spawned. It does some very big tench each year.
The main man runs a tight ship, break the rules and you won't be around for long.
What's caught has always been kept very quiet by the anglers on there. It's far from easy and has now got a lot busier. It's like a smaller version of St Ives.
