Hi All,
Just got into a bit of a nasty alcohol feuled discussion with an Australian member of parliament for fisheries and waterways who was trying to persuade me there is a single fishing licence you can get that covers both eastern european and western European waterways and lakes.
My position was ********, each country control's their own licencing.
In the most compassionate and sensitive way can someone let me know if I'm correct or not
